    The food here is great! A friend of mine recently told me good things about this Pepe's, so I decided to check it out today. I had planned to dine there, but plans fell through at the last min, so I ordered through Postmates instead.

    I got the mushroom marinara sauce with linguine. The sauce was very good and the mushrooms were cooked just right! The portion size is pretty big so I'll be eating leftovers tomorrow, along with the cheesy garlic bread;)

    I'm looking forward to visiting Pepe's soon!

    First off, this restaurant was amazing!! The two men that were working were so sweet and accommodating towards me and my puppy. The lunch special was so good and I added the salad to it for $1.75!! Jay and John made everything so enjoyable and relaxing for me. I recommend this authentic mom and pop restaurant to anyone out there!! So nice on this summer day and such a good recharge for Friday night The clam linguini was to die for!! It honestly must have taken me five minutes to scarf the deliciousness down. My mom makes it very similar so it hit close to home So bomb!! Thank you Pepe's and John and Jay!!

    Sweet little mom-and-pop Italian place with a nice selection of salads, pasta, pizza and more. Serves beer, wine and sangria. Yummy homemade desserts. They go out of their way to make birthdays special. We'll be back!

    A great find off the touristy strip. Had the Chicken Roma and some shrimp with spices pasta. Both great. Friendly service. Good food. The Ballast point Cali Kolsch goes well with it. House wine a bit warm but they replaced it without quibble.

    This is the second time I have walked into Pepe's. The food is amazing and the service is totally awesome. Even tonight when they had a large group and full tables,  they waited on me like I was the only one in the restaurant. This is a small place with big old world charm and traditional dishes with new spin options. I had gnocchi with a garlic clam sauce that did a dance on my pallet that will bring me back many many more times. I highly recommend this great Ocean Beach restaurant. They have take out too for all the peeps that want to eat at home or at the beach.
